Here’s a picture of the office of Diane Meier, friend and first-time novelist. I am positive that if I lived and worked in a place as beautiful as this, I too would have written something as lovely and engaging as “The Season of Second Chances.”  (Hmmm maybe some apartments lead you toward memoir and some toward fiction? Anything Edwardian is going to lead you toward fiction….)
